Noel, founder of Reve Inc., has spent more than 40 years building homes and communities throughout Louisiana. He is widely recongized for his leadership, industry insight, and tireless advocacy for housing affordability and accessibility. As past chairman of the NAHB, Noel championed key housing policies and industry initiatives that have had far-reaching benefits for builders and homeowners nationwide.
